About SublityATS
SublityATS is an applicant tracking system designed to make the entire recruiting process more efficient without relying heavily on AI, built by a former recruiter for employers, recruiting firms and independent recruiters. It is part of Sublity, a platform of apps for making real-life connections, which also includes digital business cards, contact management and SublityJobs.
Founder
Brad Sherp, a recruiter for 10 years, co-founded Alert Services Corporation, maker of PracticeAlert and the Recruiting Management System applicant tracking system. HealthLink Dimensions acquired the company in 2018.
Brad taught himself to code in 2009 because he was frustrated with the applicant tracking systems available to him as a recruiter.
“People are what make an organization special. We shouldn’t leave the decision of who to hire to a machine (and especially not a black box), so we use technology to give recruiters the time to make the decisions humans make better,” said Brad Sherp, founder and CEO of SublityATS. “I have walked in a recruiter’s shoes, and I learned what is technically possible.”

What makes SublityATS different?
It was built by a recruiter. People make every hiring decision, and SublityATS gives recruiters the time to make them. It follows up with hiring managers for the recruiter and records their feedback on the candidate’s record as soon as it arrives. Candidates are matched to jobs by role, not by AI. It also changes the way organizations track jobs and job openings. Candidate outreach, marketing and reporting are automated.
Who sees a candidate’s phone number and email?
An employer or recruiter receives a candidate’s phone number and email address only when the candidate applies to one of its jobs and chooses to share them. Documents are never shared automatically.
Does it use AI?
Yes, in a limited way. SublityATS uses AI only for tasks where the company believes it can be trusted: helping customers set up their workflows, suggesting roles when a CV is parsed and drafting cover letters. Candidates and recruiters confirm every suggestion, the workflows themselves are programmatic, and AI makes no decisions about candidates.
